    Rolex green leather strap

Before anyone says it I am slightly colour blind but I took the leather strap off my 14k 1503 oyster date.
I placed the strapless watch on top of a vintage green rolex box and thought ohhh that looks like a great steap idea.
I got straight onto ebay and the usual haunts and it doesn't appear to exist.

Now I'm either a genius, lunatic or my colour blindness is deceiving me.

    Now which is it?

    Rolex green leather strap

I think green with gold is a great combo, so much so that my Daytona ended up on a NATO this afternoon after I had to take the bracelet off. It won’t be staying on it but I do like it.

Just for the record, I am also red/green colour blind, so don’t take any notice of me!!

But it's not far off thanks for the heads up.

It might be a colour blindness thing because I think it looks great too.

I don't think it's colour blindness. If you mix yellow and blue colours, you get a green colour.
So there is a bit of colour in common between them. Yellow and green fo get used together quite a bit, for example Australia national colours, the old Lotus car badge.

That’s true of paint, but in the RGB model, yellow is a mixture of red and green.

I’ve got a gold watch that I put a green strap on, a vintage Smiths. I think it’s a great combination.

Zenith Daytona two tone underrated IMO, and they look great on a leather strap

They’re nice people - drop them a line and see what they’d charge to do one with a matching stitch.

I think that’d look superb! Would definitely wear that myself

But then, as a Norwich City fan I am overly familiar with a yellow and green pairing!

I never thought of that, sadly I can’t afford the lotus to match.

I missed that. Lovely! Where’s it from (and, if I may, what sort of price range was it)?

One variant of the day-date came on green leather. Kept looking at it with a view to buy but never did!!
