I presume you have tried this link on their website?

The UK link takes you to a fossil (parent company) website for repairs. I would have thought fossil will deal with repairs in europe
I have a Zodiac Super Sea Wolf and unfortunately the clasp on the bracelet has broken. I contacted Zodiac customer services and eventually received a reply asking me to send the watch to Dallas, Texas for repair. As I live in the Channel Islands, sending the watch half way across the world for a repair to the clasp seems a little extreme. I would just as soon buy a new clasp or even a new bracelet. Surely there must be a service centre on this side of the Atlantic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
