You need someone reasonably close to the court that the hearings are at. At least in the same city. What area are you in? If money is no object you could appoint from anywhere in the UK and pay travel and expenses but that would be very costly. I work with many family law solicitors and could point you in the direction of the better ones that have an understanding of PAS if you are in the North West.
