    Hirsch

    Can a hirsch be repaired?

I’ve just noticed the leather has ‘torn’ at underside near spring bar end and wondered if it could be repaired? I’m thinking thin slither of black leather glued over tear to stop it progressing and give strength to weakened area?!?!

I guess it could be done but I am not sure they would do it.
To be honest I am not sure I would bother, straps are a disposable item and do not last for ever. I would get a new strap to ensure the watch is as secure on my wrist as it could be.
