At first I assumed it was something I’d eaten but with being off work for 7 weeks I’ve narrowed the acid reflux down to water drinking. During lockdown I never suffered once but soon as I returned to work it started almost straight away.
If I drink tea, coffee, squash, milk it’s fine, if I have a litre of water throughout the day it triggers terrible reflux which can last for hours. Dinner in then evening or a few Rennie generally shift it. Does/has anyone else suffered from this?
