Love and Rolex Servicing In A Time of Covid

Need some warranty work done and St James Square is still closed, just wondering if A) servicing work continues or not, and if not, B) anyone is aware of their reopening intentions?

I was chatting to them last week and they are waiting for parts from Rolex in order to complete a handful of jobs. Their understanding is that when the shops reopen sometime after 1 June they expect Rolex to be back open around the same time. They thought that once Goldsmiths and likes are back open to the public Rolex would need to be operating in some capacity in support.

Not sure when the Service Centre will reopen, but as above it's all linked.

Are they extending warranties given normal service is suspended?
