Personally I think it’s a beautiful watch and the green color is stunning. However, being an Irish man myself, I could never wear this with it’s connection to Conor. #pikiepatek

I actually like the watch as the colour is very bold for a PP.
All the images the articles have of the watch appear to have come from Mcgregors instagram as he posted about the watch when he first received it. In addition Mcgregor has quite an extensive collection of PP and watches in general. As others have mentioned he isn't an official brand ambassador and despite his actions outside of the octagon I suspect PP are more than happy for the free advertising.

I’m quite a fan of the watch. And personally I am a fan of McGregors MMA ability and for one I enjoy watching him compete. I in no way condone his issues out of the cage! But in a lot of ways he has fallen foul of many ordinary people who get huge wealth... money may not change what they are but it extenuates them.. he is a rough round the edges guy and a bit of a prat... give him loads of money he is the same but now every wrong move is world news. In some ways I fee for him.
Doesn’t mean I think he is right!

Stunned that Patek would associate with him. Strange world.
I'm assuming Patek won't be vetting those who buy this model, so will have no involvement. As for the dealer, money talks louder than actions.
Mcgregor has over 36 million followers on instagram. That is a massive reach. The guy alledgedly made over $100m dollars in one fight, so irrespective of his behaviour outside of the ring (which I'm really not a fan of or his general persona) he's still a good fit/image for the brand. Although that's a mute point as he isnt an ambassador for PP. Who got the watches was down to the AD and I imagine Mcgregor is their best client going by the number of Rolex and PP he seems to have in his collection.
I died a little inside when I saw that watch on that wrist.
I haven't been able to appreciate the likes of PP or lange. However ignoring the ruffian, this watch hits home for me. Very beautiful and whoever has been able to procure one should consider themselves lucky.
The watch is not bad though green is not my color.
Hardly any need to getting bent out of shape over the connection with a celebrity who you don’t like for whatever reasons.
Watch is missing a little red flag on a spring with the legend 'LOOK AT ME!' printed on it.
A few more pics from the Weir & Sons website. List price of €90,500.
I must admit the dial is rather nice, but the strap does look cheap somehow.
No doubt being a low production run it will be worth a few bob in a few years time.
About as likeable as the fella that's going to wear it.
Strange they would choose 18 March as the date for photos for a watch with an Irish connection.
As has been said, it's to mark the 150th anniversary of the jeweller, who is a PP AD.
CMG is just a customer.
Not a customer unfortunately, but a nice place to browse new watches.

Although I will admit that I’m not a fan of green watches generally, I do find that a particularly revolting colour..
Simon
I was on it until i saw the Seiko hands...
Deleted double post.
It is always hard to tell with these colours. When you see the Hulk photographed sometimes it does not look much but in the metal the dial has a real depth.
Deleted.
