Dug this out from sometime back - wondering if anyone knows anything about it? Used by whom? What sort of Horsey stuff?

It is a referee's stopwatch, for use in any team sport or timed event, worn on the wrist.
The ref sets the countdown to the 12 oclock (45 mins for a football half, 40 for rugby etc etc) and presses start.
The seconds and minutes can count up on the black printed scale, and count down on the white printed black bezel.
