NASCAR - Watching in the UK

Does anyone in the UK watch NASCAR? if so where do can you watch it in the UK?

I've been watching some youtubers and a Nascar channel (a you guy called Eric Estepp) popped up. I gave it a watch and his enthusiasm got me interested to watch a race or two. So I thought I'd ask here, if anyone in the Uk watches it?

I think Premier Sports show it live in the UK, or at least they used to.

I haven’t looked in a while, and assumed it had stopped for now I must admit.

I do quite like the racing though, a lot more to it than just turning left all the time!

Thanks I've found it, it's a paid channel :( and I'm not curious enough to pay to watch some.

I see it's on Freesports channel too every so often, I might keep an eye out for it to be Freesports.

I watch it on Premier sports(I pay to get the Pro 14 rugby) at the moment they’re running enascar, quite good though.

The Nascar season restarted 1 week ago, so far they have run 3 races. As far as I know, it's the only motorsport running at the moment. I might be a bit of an addict needing a fix :)

If you just want to watch a race or two, there are plenty of full races on youtube.

Or you could watch Days of Thunder (less crashes in it than most races, though...)

I remember going to see DoT at the cinema and thinking the crash scenes were OTT then watched a race a week later on TV where about half the field were eliminated in a single accident.

Interestingly, too, Tom Cruise's character has the hilarious name of Cole Trickle - A few years later a real driver appeared called "Dick Trickle" with no apparent sense of irony...

I must admit NASCAR is one of the few forms of car racing I cannot watch.
