    PRS-25 Everest & PRS-29AM photos

Couldn't help myself. These two are great. I admit, the PRS29 with lovely blued hands is getting more wrist time though.
Been spreading the word on Instagram.

That PRS 29 looks stunning. I have a Prs25 white face and the blued hands really finish it off. I guess the boss knows a thing or two about putting together stunning watches.

That is gorgeous. I have no idea why I don't have one these. Maybe is the lack of lume or maybe the 18mm lugs. I just don't know.

Thanks. It's a steveostraps 'fury' bund with the pad and also pictured without the pad, as just a single pass.

Thanks for your answer. I was looking for a single pass leather strap like this in 18mm for my HKEd 1963. Hard to find at a reasonnable price (and it's easy on 20mm...).

When was the PRS-29 am introduced? Looking for a link to the original thread when Eddie introduced it. Just to read the comments, revisions etc.

You’ve really captured just how stunning this watch is!
Mind if I ask what strap that is?

One of the most informative watch websites on the internet and a nice bloke who makes great straps. The RAF pull through in chestnut leather is a great strap, especially when 'worn in'.

    29AM on white band...

    Hi everyone,

I just joined TZ, but I have a nice post to share:

Side note: I am interested in buying the PRS-25/Everest and thought that maybe I'd want to trade this 29AM for the 29A, but maybe I want to get all 3? Thoughts?

Hi and welcome. It's something you can only answer yourself really and depends on the rest of your collection...i.e. do you have many light colour dials, similar watches etc.

Sorry for the long delay in answering: Yes, I have a number of watches, and a few have white dials. I like this white on white combo, but I am also happy to switch to a dark blue band, when the time is right :)

That's great but you will have to find someone that wants to part with theirs because they just sold out in this last opening of the store.

I wonder how many times they had to over paint this to get the lovely 3-D shape to the numbers?

I often wonder this, the dial printing on the AM is brilliant

Probably the best picture of a Smiths watch I've ever seen on this forum. So beautiful and demonstrates the quality of finish.
