Steeldive 1979 - Thanks to Ar. Parask

Just received this beauty from Ar. Parask who very kindly donated it to the fundraiser in return for a £100 donation from me. He even posted it for free.

I was going to leave an H&V but feel the watch deserves a thread of its own, and Ar. P deserves a special thank you and bit of recognition.

The watch is miles beyond my expectations. For £100 it’s brilliant.

42mm which wears more like a 40mm, 22mm lug width, NH35 Seiko Auto movement, 200m waterproof, bead lasted case, ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal......it’s a huge amount of watch for the money.

I took the steel bracelet off and put it on a chunky rubber I’ve had laying around. So comfy on that.

Please excuse the lockdown gorilla fur on my arms.

Thanks again Ar. Parask and Eddie for this great forum.

    Glad you received it safely!
I was sad to see it go but it felt like it was not going to get worn after another incoming.
So what better than let someone else enjoy it and benefit the fundraiser a bit!
It certainly is a lot of watch for its price tag!
    Wear in good health!

That looks so much better on the chunky steel and a steal of a different kind (!) for £100.
