Just wondering if these can be serviced

Yes they can be serviced but so far I have not had much luck with the Q quartz or Electric Timex with electronic balance.
I think the balance staff pivots wear the bearing and then too much end play results in only working face up or down.
Often a scrapper watch might bear fruit.
Movement number is on the dial sometimes the acrylic crystal has to be removed to see.
Last 4 numbers for example 4378 are movement 43 made in 1978.
