I was hoping a new strap would arrive in the post, but it didn't, so it's not my newly acquired Longines Ultronic, but it is still a Longines.

Enjoy the weekend, if it's any different to the rest of the week for you!

top inter dot dial is the month, slightly left of 12 is January and anti-clockwise feb, March etc.

lower inner dot dial is day of the week, 12 is Sunday and again, anti clockwise Monday Tuesday etc,

dots around the outer dial is date running clockwise, each indicie of the dial represents 5 days to make it easier to count up the days.

    Hope this helps.

Could the day of week and month go anti-clockwise?

I'm not 100% sure from the photo, but the month seems to.

Newly arrived Nivrel Coeur de la Sartre. Rather lovely, I think. Dressy, with a bit of the military.

    Correct,

Both sub-dials run anti-clockwise: month (at 12) has January just left of 12, day (at 6) with the Monday dot at 12.

I’ve worn it non-stop since I got it and it’s become second nature to read.

I will do a write up over the next few weeks and share my thoughts, all of them rather positive, it must be said.

    Cheers,
    TPT

Trying this garmin. It feels a little small so a Fenix 6 might be on the cards
