I thought the black PVD version looked quite good however was not keen on the French Airforce roundel at six or on the crown.
I've seen ads on Facebook and am quite taken with it. Sorry for no link or photo as I'm stil in a hospital bed.

If I didn't already own what for me is my perfect Yema, I'd be seriously interested in this. Don't think I'd be prepared to pay the Ltd Edition price, but the basic model on canvas seems very good value. The roundels are cheesy, but I'm partial to a little Cheddar, and kinda like them...
Good to see you’re straight back in the watch game, Tom. I quite like about 92% of the watch. The 6 o’clock marker is a nice touch in my opinion. Maybe the one on the crown is a bit too much, but you don’t see much of that anyway. I always like plain steel bezels and don’t even mind that window thingy on the bezel at 3 o’clock. The 8% I don’t like is the crown and guards. That part seems too large and makes the watch look unbalanced to me. I had almost used another word for it that would perhaps sound a bit unpleasant to someone who has just had the surgery you had.
I like Yema, and I like the look of this, but why would you want the French Air Force symbol on your watch? Seems a bit niche to me unless you've served in the French Air Force.
Anyway, never mind that – welcome back and congrats on a successful operation
Nice enough watch but military logos always seem a bit Mitty -
"Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action."
'Populism, the last refuge of a Tory scoundrel'.
I like it but perhaps a non Air Force model would be better.
I like this model in 39mm but I'm not sure if it's quite worth the asking price?:
Nice 60s/70s peak diver watch vibe. How is the quality if we have any Yema owners here? The original Superman's fetch pretty significant money on ebay.
Couple points: the movement is a Yema in house designed and manufactured automatic; and I was surprised to find that the case thickness is only 13mm.
Great shot:
Think they look pretty good, though as someone said crown & guard to big for me
I do really like the Navygraf model they do and would have had a punt on it if I hadn’t got the Milgauss!

I personally wouldn’t bother then.
I had a Superman with in-house moment and it had to go back as the date change was broken. They sorted it quickly but it was still a bit ‘gritty’. I’ve read of a few others with similar problems.
The details on the watch were lovely but I’d stick with the ETA versions.
