Think it's a tad under 34mm but I don't have calipers so may just squeeze into the category.

Wow that is very elegant and classy!

Thanks, I love it. Just starting to build a collection of vintage watches to offer a nice variety in my collection and an enjoying the smaller pieces a lot, though it can take a bit of time to get used to.

I usually stick to 36mm + but I have to admit there are so very nice watches at 34, and definitely some bargains!

    show your 34mm watch

IMG_4248.JPG Here’s my Hamilton 6B issued to RAF in late 1950s. Alas not mine for much longer, I am auctioning on eBay to pay for a border collie for the kids. They will never know the sacrifice, wink.

Thanks; they're not an awful fit, just tend to move around a lot, so never really bothered me. Especially this is an heirloom piece, so I've always just accepted it as is. Also my first real watch that got me deep into watches.
But now that you pointed out, i did a little research, and it appears that these are not actually the right end links for a 6694! The 7835 19 bracelet should be correct, but the end links are supposed to be 357 and not 261 like on this one.
Ahhh.. now this is going to bug the hell out of me, thanks for that!
    Search starts.. now!

Haha the endlinks on my OP are moving a bit as well but I thought seeing the gap on your 6' endlink, you might just have the watch fall on the ground because of a faulty springbar or something..but if it's just that the endlinks are not the ones designed originally for the watch that makes sense

If you received the watch like that as an heirloom it can definitely be worth keeping it as it is, it's a stunning watch anyway!

    Yep you're absolutely right,
I'm usually crazy about originality, perhaps this is my only watch that "I just don't wanna know". Belonged to one of my best friends who passed long-long time ago, so it's a keeper anyway, whether parts of it are original or not..
But as you pointed out, the end link serves as a safety feature as well, so it only makes sense to get the right one. Besides, i don't really consider this as part of the watch itself, so..
    Thanks again,

Sorry to hear about that mate
For sure the watch head is the most important anyway. Wear it in good health!

    Yes.

They were all over the place years ago and also the Domino's Pizza Air Kings.

    Haven't seen either for ages.

Sorry, missed this earlier. It's indeed the PAL logo, I think it adds a nice touch of color on the watch.

^is that the one from SC? That was a cracking deal of so, lovely.

Some great watches added to this thread, 34mm is such a classy size imo.

Another of mine, '71 Air-King Date. My dad's old watch.

Just about stretching to 34 with crown.
