Stunning watch - definitely a grail purchase for me!

Hi very new here, what would the wait time be on a new hulk? Have been thinking this would be a good investment.
Thank you! Im not 100% if it will have to go yet, I’m deciding between two houses (if I can get my offer accepted) and one a fair bit more expensive, a premium to be in a more desirable area. I would need to sell one watch and probably not lease a new car next time round to make it work so it’s one that’s hard to make a decision on! My instinct tells me that not many people I know have regretted buying the best house they possibly could.
In terms of BLRO vs LVC my opinion is the following:
-the BLRO looks stunning in pictures, and great in real life
-The LVC looks okay in pictures, and stunning in real life
-The GMT function is genuinely useful for me
-The LVC looks amazing with a plain black / white top but clashes with colours
-The GMT is more likely to compliment other clothes and can be worn my easily with a suits due to the colour and strap
-The Jubilee strap is more comfortable and can be worn in a variety of situations. I’m on the fence as to whether I’d prefer the Oyster longer term, but I could always put one on the BLRO
Thanks for explaining! I’ve been on the fence for a while now between the jubilee and oyster bracelets.
Agreed the BLRO looks amazing in pictures - need to see one in real like on the jubilee to get a feel for it!
Get your point around the LVC colour clash - it definitely stands out and makes it a bit more difficult to pair with clothes (unless you have a range of green outfits!)
Good luck with the house hunt hope it all goes well!
Thanks
S
No more than a couple of weeks. Don’t forget to negotiate a discount off list price. You should also get some freebies thrown in to sweeten the deal: Bottle of champagne, first service for free, flights to Rolex HQ. The AD will probably look to get you a ceramic Daytona next as reward for being a valued customer.
Hi
I'm new here as well, can I have one !
Best

When I first decided I wanted a Rolex I tried a Hulk on in Fraser Hart which was sitting in the cabinet. I loved it and at the time decided it wasn't for me and that I should buy something more sensible (black sub) as my main watch. When I had saved up the funds a couple of years later I changed my mind and thought the hulk was more unique, by then the waiting list fun had started.
Back when these were available at a discount, which watches were selling above retail? I thought most could be had under retail before everything drastically changed.
