Copy the URL from YouTube, and then put "{video}" in front of it and "{/video}" after it, substituting the curly brackets for square ones.

That one is correct except that it has somehow inserted {URL} and {/URL}. Taking them out sorts it.

Maybe it's simply an issue with whatever application you are posting from inserting unwanted formatting. I posted those using Safari browser.

This is what it should look like but with square brackets:

I’m using Safari too on my iPad Pro.

I copy the link as instructed and add to the beginning and to the end and get this

I don't think those are the 'full' links that it likes, copied from the URL window. They look like the ones I get if I go to 'share link' on YouTube. Why can't it just be easy!

The other option if you are using the full browser mode on Safari rather than 'Mobile Style' is to click on the film strip icon and paste the URL there.
