No, horrible IMO - tea the same.
I was a big fan of this in Vietnam Nam with the condensed milk.
Anyone else like a cold brew?

I’m a big fan of those Starbucks Double Espresso jobbies that come in a can. Full of sugar and crap coffee sure, but great for hangovers.
And iced one of those and two ibuprofen lysine tablets and I’m golden.
Love a cup of cold coffee occasionally,it really intensifies the taste of the coffee.
Not cold for me, I love mine super hot
If you have an Aeropress, you can do a very easy cold brew. Just grind to a rough grind, say 14 grade on a grinder, use the inverted method and leave it overnight or for about 24 hours. Makes a super concentrated delicious brew that can be diluted really well with ice cubes in a vacuum flask.

I use my nespresso machine. Can choose any strength and dispense over ice. Very quick and easy.
My everyday go to drink is a glass filled with ice then a double espresso poured over it, the ice melts and waters the coffee a bit and chills it. Even if I go to Costa or Starbucks I have the same.
On a hot day I'm a great fan of caffè freddo...as discovered during a stay in Rome.
Sorry hate it.

In Spain chilled coffee is very popular, the thought process being why the hell drink hot coffee on a hot day.
Frape is like religion in Greece and Cyprus
I like an Iced Nitro made with my Nespresso Barista machine.
Ice cubes in, shot of espresso in, cold water in - then press button & 1 minute later you have one of these!
Surprised nobody has mentioned the Dalgona!! All the rage at the moment, albeit using instant coffee. Helps if you like your coffee sweetened but have stirred this onto cold milk and actually enjoyed it.
Gonna try one later with a double shot from tha Gaggia :-)

I do like cold brewed coffee, but find it a pain because I don't have a lot fridge space and it takes up too much room if you want to have it "on tap". You need one brewed and filtered, ready to drink, and another one brewing for the next day. You also need to have a suitable jug or jar for filtering in addition to the one(s) in the fridge. It feels like disproportionately a lot of equipment, work & washing up. For those reasons I rarely bother making it. Plus, I don't find it any amazing revelation or anything, just another quite nice way to drink coffee.
If we get a hot summer, and especially if we're still stuck indoors on covid lockdown, I might give it another shot and try it with ice cubes. I do like the idea of making frappe out of it, but I tend to drink my coffee black. I'll probably give cold brewed ice tea a try this year too, which is something I haven't tried yet. I fancy trying this with sencha.
These work well.

Had a crack with the AeroPress yesterday but not left overnight.
Will give the Nespresso a go on a bit as I found some lungo pods.
Got some condensed milk on order for the next shop too.
Happy Easter all
I love an iced coffee in the garden. Made my first of the year this afternoon.
Ice in glass with a dash of sugar and full fat milk, add a double espresso.
Cold coffee? Utter filth - honestly how can anyone physically swallow the stuff?
Ymmv!

Love how cold brew is on draft in the US but they just don't seem to have it here. Easy to make yourself a decent cold brew following the one line brewing instruction.....
On par with warm beer. No.

When I was travelling around for work up till 3 weeks ago lol, I would have a carton of Arctic Coffee to accompany my lunch snack. It's really nice and only a quid from most places.

I’m a proper coffee junkie; usually Americano. But I do love a Granizado de Cafe when in Spain - basically a black coffee slush puppy, very refreshing.
