    SOTC

Been a long time since I did this - as far as I can work out only one watch survives from the last one some years ago. This is going to be picture heavy so I'll break it into posts.

Impressive opening salvos fired. There’s some real diversity going on there. Looking forward to the rest.

The vintage Zenith Diver 1 looks to be a rare piece indeed. That one, together with the El Primero are especially stunning. I also admire the IWC XV. One of the most enjoyable SOTC posts I’ve seen for a long time. Thank you.

Superb collection, a cracking array right there. In particular love the IWCs

    Thanks for all the likes.
Started in 2009 with the Luminor - bought in a second hand shop in Via Cavour Florence (thought I was buying the watch alone but he then produced box and papers) and its just been growing ever since with some buying and selling to help it on. The Zenith diver- really would like to know more about it, I think its a 1000m but nothing apart from some internet info has come to light. The Zenith HW and the Square Zenith where both NOS - one from Florence the other from San Remo. The Pineider is a real oddity - its an Anonimo movement (and case) sold by a posh paper shop and yes there are two sapphires built into the watch.

Some wonderful bits on there…. Nice to see something a little different

That zenith diver is something I have never seen before - looks a bit like a Benthos

The Jedi and the memovox are lovely too !

    Lucky you !

Some great pieces there, its quite eclectic but i like how you put a Mondia in with the Zeniths .

Do they all get worn ? or are some of them safe Queens ?

  26. #26
Safe Queen what's that? All on rotation at work and at play.
The Mondia actually has a very close relationship with Zenith and bears some Zenith branding.

Lol good man ! As you probably already know Mondia was bought out by Zenith . I only found this out a little while back when I got a Winsor ( Mondia early sub brand ) watch from a boot sale and did a bit of research .
