    Syd Barrett's Watch?

For those of you with the knowledge and a keen eye, any ideas on what Syd could be wearing here?

He doesn't seem to have worn a watch very often - typical late 60s diver, but SOOO many to choose from...

Such a talent, robbed away by drugs and depressions... RIP.

Thanks all. Yes he was a great talent indeed. I think it could well be any number of 1000s of watches but something like a Waltham diver or maybe a Zodiac....will keep looking but I fear it may be rather difficult...:)

I wonder if it was amongst his effects - I'd assume they were auctioned-off, so there may be a catalogue entry? 14 years ago, but if it was one of the bigger houses as you might suppose, they keep good records.

    God bless Syd.

They did have a big auction of his stuff a year or two after his death. Could be a Smiths, they did divers in the 60s.
