Bringing a vintage watch back to 'concours' condition (or as close as poss)

I've just bought this vintage beauty (it's in the eye of the beholder) and want to bring it back to [as close as] 'concours' condition - acknowledging it's a bit weathered.

Any recommendations for someone who can service and polish it? I know there will be expense.

    Cheers.

I think this would be right up Walkerwek’s street if he is taking on work at the moment.
