My chorizo and kale soup
fry chopped onion and diced chorizo in a saucepan
bung in a carton of passata and same again of water
simmer for 10mins for flavours to mingle
bung in a drained tin of borlotti beans and some good fistfuls of chopped kale, or my favorite cavolo nero
simmer for 5 mins or so
eat with some crusty bread
