Although I've been trading online since 1996, Time Factors wasn't created until 1998.

On existing evidence, bunging a green bezel on the Dreadnought and making its lume plots a bit bigger should have everyone in a tizz

I can confirm a case of the tizz here with that suggestion...

I've been trying without success to get hold of some metal from a Vulcan aircraft for a few years. The plan was to incorporate a sliver of it either on the rotor or a Vulcan shaped logo on the dial of a Smiths Vulcan. That would be a nice silver jubilee watch.

Re: Smiths Vulcan. Any idea on shapes? Even without a piece of the craft, it still sounds like a good idea.

That does sound a good idea.

For example you could use a Vulcan shape instead of the traditional triangle in the 12 position for a pilots watch. Alternatively - an engraving on the back like these coins https://www.vulcantotheskystore.co.u...eid=7d24c9667a

And 558 Collectables often sells 'bits' on e-bay from them http://https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/xh558collectables?mc_cid=70d62ee7df&mc_eid=7d24c96 67a

From the Casper collection of man crap. Supposedly cast using aluminium from a Vulcan. They were built near where I lived, so have always had an affinity. Would quite like a Dinky Vulcan - staggering prices!

WILL THERE BE A 25TH ANNIVERSARY RELEASE NEXT YEAR?

A silver Vulcan “pointer” on the seconds hand perhaps? The shape is pretty iconic.

Could try these guys they have a V ulcan on site and have done restoration work, don't know if they have any old bits left over. May be worth a call or email.

I've still got a clock or a gauge from the Vulcan at Wellesbourne Aerodrome. It's somewhere in my attic, I think - I've not thought about it for years!

If I clean out the attic this summer (if I get back to the UK this summer!) I'll look out for it!

I wonder would something in the mould of an Eterna Majetek (I know a Longines Majetek has been done) would be nice. With a silhouette of the Vulcan stamped on the 11 o'clock lug where the Eterna has the crossed swords stamped.

I'm always doing a bit of work for future projects and a couple of years ago, my nephew knocked a couple of graphics together for rotor designs.

They need a bit of work but you get the idea.

Those auto rotors look amazing but I would imagine difficult to get the rotor weight right/balanced.

Yes, the mass needs to be at the outer edge.
