So I'm just wondering if any Pelagos owners can comment on the straps/bracelet situation with these watches. I'm seriously considering buying a black two liner, but I'm generally not a bracelet guy, so will want to change to a strap of some sort. I've heard the lug design can makes straps look a little weird though. Anyone had any experience with this?

The rubber it comes with can be worn with the end links so neatly covers it. I've had it on a few leather straps, all covered it hap pretty well. I've got used to it now, and it's still one of my faves.

They actually look great, especially the Cordura. I'd just decided to abandon my Pelagos hunt in favour of the more strap-friendly Black Bay Black, so this isn't helping...I often wear mine on straps rather than the bracelet.
