    cloth in the Panerai's box

Guys....might sound like a idiotic question but ...I'll ask anyway
Can you please tell me what king of cloth is that yellowish one that you get in the box when you but a Panerai watch?
It is for cleaning the watch or polish it?
Can that be used on a daily basis....
Will it harm my beloved Pams if used daily
Before asking I used it on my 372 for a quick rub and one the watch shines like a star ....hence my question
Laugh as much as you like but please come back with an answer
I know you have plenty of time to write....
    STAY SAFE !

I believe it's a Selvyt brand jeweller's cloth that is supplied by Panerai.

It's designed for wiping over the watch to remove dust, fingerprints etc.

    It won't damage the watch.

According to the Selvyt website, there's no problem washing it.

No, I don't know what setting is required on the washing machine.

My Pam 002 (purchased new, by me in 2001) never came with one

Never seen one either. What AD did you buy it from, assuming you got it new?

Yep, all of my Pam's came with one of these cloths... I'd doubt the authenticity of a watch offered without

Could it be possible that some stores staff are removing items from the box themselves to keep behind the counter for shop use, e.g. When removing links to sell on Ebay.
An AD in Birmingham comes to mind.
