My business maybe able to help you and your business during the epidemic

Many will know that I run a recruitment and consultancy business specialising in all things recruitment, coaching, redeployment services and more.

In these challenging times the recruitment side of the business has plummeted with multiple clients placing a freeze on all hires, however don't be fooled that the world is ending I am also speaking to clients who are seeing this as an opportunity to get ahead of the competition.

It is clear that agile working will benefit a lot of business and I know some are seeing this as a chance to re-structure and become more lean and plan key hires in order to be ahead of the game .

We have seen an increased demand for support from clients who are themselves making redundancies and have been supporting businesses in this scenario by coaching individuals who find themselves out of work as a consequence in helping them get ready to go back in to the work place (Cv writing, interview support etc....)

There seems to be a larger number of business owners and hiring managers on here who may benefit from our services and so I wanted to share my details and offer any support to any here who may benefit.

If it is of interest to anyone I am happy to talk and share best practice with no obligation to spend anything with me to the TZ community.

indeed if you are one who may find yourself in a position of uncertainty, we also have specialisms for candidates that you may find of benefit and as mentioned be that coaching, cv reviews etc and as I mentioned in the cv writing thread I would be happy to offer a large discount to TZ members if that would be of interest feel free to contact me

I would like to stress that this isn't meant as a pitch but given the scenario we face I thought it may be of interest to share and if you wanted to have an open conversation do feel free to contact me

    Stay safe

Good on you for offering, fortunately I'm not needing this at the moment but surely deserves a bump.

I currently work part-time helping unemployed people back in to work. As part of my personal role involves developing and delivering CV and Interview skills sessions, I asked Rob to critique my Power Point presentations.
From the interaction I have had with Rob I would highly recommend his professional experience/advice. He knows his stuff.
Given the current economic uncertainties I have an uneasy suspicion that many employers will at some point reduce their workforce in order to safeguard cash flows - that will probably mean competition in the jobs market will be as tough if not tougher than previous recessions.
Rob has extensive experience of working directly with employers and so is well placed to guide anyone needing to secure a new position.
To anyone unfortunate enough to become unemployed - seek assistance.
To anyone who will be OK but anticipates seeking another position - get your CV (LinkedIn account, contacts) ready now.

Many thanks for the positive feedback, we've been supporting a lot of owners and small businesses who don't have HR or a true understanding of what can and can't be done and I wrote a blog on Linked that had over 9000 views and a huge response

Asked Rob for some advice as my Son is meant to be doing a years placement when he finishes his 2nd year at Uni
in June and that looks like being very difficult, it’s not what he really deals with but was happy to give some suggestions
    to try and help him.
