I wasn’t so sure at first also, I think at a subliminal level my mind changed when I saw one in the “ wild” and it just popped.

You are right depending on lighting can looked from washed out to bright, both the dial and the bezel.

Daily ‘shielded’ entertainment provided by the thrill of deciding which watch to wear.

    Have a safe weekend everyone.

Love the industrial feel of the winding mechanism on these Damaskos, and the bezel action too. Proper German engineering!

Thanks I really enjoy the pure functionality of this watch.

The case finish still has its grain - many of them have been polished smooth.

I've been wearing my Skagen Hybrid smart watch for a couple of days.

I'll switch back to something mechanical later and for the weekend (Is there any difference these days?)

Just been out on a shopping run for my mum and brother. So wanted something to time it and which could be thoroughly cleaned on my return home.
It needed one anyway, but seeing everyone wearing gloves and masks, makes one want to be as careful as possible.

Please take care of yourselves everyone!

The custom cerakote full metal square today - it’s had a lot of wrist time lately, the look rather suits apocalyptic times...

A busy day, hence only posting 9 hours after taking the pic! Lovely to be able to work in the garden though, spring is here!

Have a good weekend all, and stay safe/healthy.

On my wrist during the day and next to the bed during the night, so lume is on show. Have a good weekend all.

I’ve been working from home for 2 weeks now. A positive is that I can get out for a run every day. The downside is I’ve only worn my Garmin. Just checked the last watch I wore (IWC Spitfire Chrono) and it stopped on 17 March...

So, my Friday watch: Garmin Forerunner. Again.

Cheers, it's a Geckota solid straight link - bought for not much during a sale quite some time ago. Zero adjustment other than link removal, but it finally found a home on the Cosmonaut.
