A bit of vintage loveliness before I lay my staff off & close for a month! What a stressful week. We are all in the same boat I know if any consolation. Stay well everyone.

Although it is a rhetorical question the answer was many times, never having seen a GS in the metal.
Then I saw this watch when buying another and.........

Wearing the Explorer today while celebrating my wedding anniversary. (it was my wedding watch). Although we are not able celebrate in our usual way as we are all on lock down, we are lucky to get some time off together and we are currently healthy.
Stay safe people and make the most of this unusual time off work.

    Friday 27th

One upside of working from home - I've managed to get 3 lunchtime (solo) runs in this week - & per UK gov advice always maintaining a 2m distance from others.

So the Garmin has been deployed much of this week. It's not a real watch - battery life is only a matter of days if used for music & tracking... which is a pain - but at least the faces are somewhat configurable to look something like a watch & it serves its purpose well - no phone required when running & no wires.

No runs planned this weekend - so I'll revert to something mechanical at the weekend.

    HASWE all
