There's a phone number, give them a call and explain the difference between chronograph and chronometer. :)

Very good! I wonder what it’s doing in cash converters? Last serviced Oct 19, b&p. It’s like the previous owner knew the right thing to do. There doesn’t seem universal love for these but unbeknown to me a friend has one and wore it the other night. I have to say it did look pretty damn good.

Any idea what it was showing before the site went down?

It was a seemingly genuine 16613LB which was being sold by Cash Generators.

Misdescribed as being a chronograph. Must have been a genuine mistake made by someone who doesn’t know much about watches.

Anyway, it got some members on here tittering with excitement as it afforded them the opportunity to ridicule someone who didn’t have the vast wealth of watch knowledge as they have.

I can see your point but if your job is to sell watches then surely you should have a basic knowledge of what you are selling, they also had quarts watches on there yesterday, I assume that is a watch that holds 2 pints?
Cash Converters sell 1,000s of watches, every day, it doesn't take much to do your research prior to advertising.

You have a point but it does say 'Chronometer' the dial of the watch, and they know enough to say 'Chronograph' rather than 'Stopwatch'
