    Outlook

Quick question. Can anyone tell me how to stop emails going into spam? For some reason my reolink CCTV alerts are going into spam and not Inbox. I've looked everywhere and keep marking emails as not spam but they keep going in !

    Do you mean:

Outlook - desktop client used largely by corporate users

    OR

Outlook - the free consumer online service.

Is it the online version you are using?

If so, just right click a message, then create rule, then choose where you want it to go, tick the box to run it on all emails from that address and you should be done.
So clever my foot fell off.

A rule that tells it to move *@domain to inbox should override any problems?

Outlook is really aggressive at moving stuff to junk and it takes a good while to learn. Even now I find the odd thing there that shouldn't be even from addresses where 99% go to the inbox. It does not like titles only and no text so don't, like I do, send yourself notes in the title only as it disappears for days until you check the junk and find things you meant to do days ago.
To be certain a redirect is the only way.

It's annoying that the app does not have the 'rule' function. Should be something that's really easy to do, but no.
