So you think you're a fast driver...?

A friend sent me this today. Amazing in car view on the IOM TT course.

Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

I didn’t think I’d have the patience to watch all of that, but it was mesmerising and mind boggling speeds!

Wow, I couldn't imagine going that fast around there

A good friend, and schoolmate Mark. His brother is bloody quick too, and both are multiple British champions, with David winning the Rally America championship multiple times too.

I managed to get a passenger lap in the Subaru, albeit in car 2, with Mark leading in car 1, curtesy of Monster Energy a few years ago. It was absolutely fantastic and I was smiling and or laughing for most of the lap. Even for someone like me that averages 1 or 2 laps of the TT course each week on a good year :)

180mph past homes on a 40mph road. Unreal.

I was watching the start thinking wow, and they then mentioned using the first few minutes to warm the tyres up & get faster...double wow!

What console is that? The graphics are amazing!

Funnily enough I watched it last week, stunning stuff. Probably enjoyed it that little bit extra being an ex-Scooby man

The motorbike dash cams are even more bonkers, racing each other on the road for real at close quarters doing insane speed.

I thoroughly enjoyed that, although my heart rate was as high as his. Such skill, as one wrong move and there could have been awful consequences.
