Hands repainting and reluming

I’d like to get my SB3 hands painted white and relumed in something very bright. Can anyone on here do that, or recommend someone from experience?

Another vote for James Hyman a really nice Guy and very good at reluming.

And repainting. He did my Speedmaster Broad Arrow hands, you would never know they weren't originally white.
