    How to secure a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso (396245J)

Any suggestions on how to source a 1/100 piece? Where to look/ask? (Usual suspects excepted - WF have no idea; the one listed on Chrono24, by Heritage, does not exist). Happy to pay a premium if need be.

Watches of Mayfair appear to be showing one at 20% off list?

3-4 months delivery for a watch no longer in production. Perhaps not!

Maybe a more competent boutique? Say Paris or New York?

Or actually call watches of Mayfair and ask the situation. From what people say, comms usually decent

The reaction of the boutique hahaha, OMG.

Well maybe try a JLC specialist dealer? There are indeed not that easy to obtain. But a very very cool watch!

    I have the blue version

I've asked the senior folk at JLC here in Asia if there is any showing on inventory. I'll know tomorrow hopefully.

I've checked (had lunch today with JLC Asia CEO and had one of the boutique managers check inventory globally). There is one available new held within the Asia inventory. If you are seriously interested PM me and I can provide details. I'm happy for you to then use my name when contacting them if it helps...

Great work and PM sent. Also interested in your views on the blue version of the Duoface as I have managed to locate one of those.

Pictures? Would be nice to see one in the 'real world' so to speak.

Be patient. JLC Netherlands on the case. In the end, I went for the blue dial.

Based on your helpful comment, I have cancelled my order. Thanks for correcting my potential error.

On a forum known for lots of snide comments this ranks up near the top of the list of the snidiest.

What motivated you to say that and piss on the parade when the guy is getting a gorgeous new watch? Bizarre.

Slight overreaction given that pissing on people's parades is Simon's MO. Lighten up.

Not sure which threads you're reading to come to that conclusion.
