Is the lug bolt supposed to stick out like that?

372 is one of their best models and a haven for strap whores👍👍

Congratulations, looks great on all of them but best on the asso strap amongst that selection.
Bizarre but that’s 3 of us who have all bought a Pam 372 in the last few days......

This is really sad because the asso is the only one that doesn't fit my gorilla wrist....actually none of the straps in the box don't fit....(asso and black cautchouch)
The rest are custom made :)
Any ideea if it's Plexi or saphire?
I was convinced that it's Plexi but now...not anymore....seems and feels exactly like the one on my 932 and that is saphire for sure
It is an S series made in May2017 if this helps....

I think the S series from 2017 was first to be sapphire

EDIT- forgot to say congrats, great Panerai, never should have sold mine.

I thought S series was the start of the sapphire crystal change, I’m surprised you can’t tell because I thought the plexi would have a plastic feel to it compared to sapphire.

I think 2016 was the first sapphire ,why did I sell mine, stupid really ,but keep that blue strap well away

Lovely watch, I have a friend who owns one of these and it’s a stone cold classic, I like it on the strap it comes with out the box, but some of your changes are awesome also.

Stop it! That's bloody lovely! I never used to like panerai but have really warmed to them over the last 6-9 months. This place and threads like the ' not your typical safe queen' being a big part of the reason. I was very drawn to the 372 on SC recently. As you say it's packed full of Pam DNA, the sandwich dial, a lovely clean look, the crown guard on the luminous, domed crystal and the size. Although they said, 47mm may be comical on my skinny wrists (6.5-6.75") but I can rock a 45mm sumo fine (on now) so I know it needs trying! Did you consider other Pams? May I ask which and what did you and did you not like about them? My list is at the growing ' I need to find out more' stage but currently 172, 176, 372, 605 all look very nice. I've a lot of saving to do so no rush. Thanks for sharing some lovely photos.

Congrats on a panerai classic. A - 17 would def be sapphire. Also think they changed to the Asso as the supplied strap at the same time. Mine, which is a plexi came on a different oem-strap. A straight 26mm which I think is called a Ranger.

By coincidence wearing my 372 today. Love the plexi.
Btw the strap makes all the difference on a PAM. I had a new strap made for my old faithful 49 recently and it transformed the watch, IMHO anyway.

Thank you for your kind offer
You're a true gentleman but ...from a logistical point of view it's a tad difficult...me not being in the UK
    Thanks again anyway
