Cheers chaps, lovely comments ta, now go and roll your sleeves up and get cracking. Honestly the prep area is a reasonably priced build and could be made a great deal more cost effective.

Are you sure that is not photoshopped Matt, has it really really landed???? Absolutely fantastic mate and PM me your number and I will send you some pics of what to cook up.

Good to hear from you Stephen, trust all is well buddy. Get this shite out of the way and I will bang some dates out there for a GTG, there are some lovely chaps out there already revved up. The biggest bash last year was for 37 friends and family and it was a breeze knocking pizzas out, the Clementi should be far better.

Picked all the gear up for the electric's this afternoon so the weekend job is lined up.

Now go and get that bad boy made up and lets see some pics over on the other thread Matt.. Love it.

Very nice setup Pitch, make sure you get all junctions and crevices sealed for ease of cleaning and hygiene. Is any if those drawers a proving chamber at 25 C?

Well all bar the shouting it’s done. !!!!!!!

I fired the oven up for the first time last night and it is amazing. I was not preparing outside so a bit of an ache running in and out but next weekend will be the proper first run.

From the initial idea and sketch up and changers whilst building I could not be happier it’s going to be a cracking space to use and importantly entertain.

Cheers again chaps for the feedback and of course happy to assist anyone undertaking similar.

Now roll on the TZ GTG when life relaxes.

    Pitch.

Great project and something I hope to have an old Dutch Barn converted into at some point with pizza oven, firepit and some seating.

See what happens if you order ham and pineapple pizza in Naples (prank with genuine customers)

First proper use in anger on Saturday evening, very pleased.

Now we have more space it is lending itself to other cooking and an induction hob is just the ticket. Pasta out there last Sunday and Thai fish cakes to start on Saturday.

The Clementi is amazing and would certainly recommend it, quality is superb.

Many thanks again chaps for all your kind words and hopefully see some of you very soon although I fear it may even be next spring.

    Pitch.

    Great setup you have here.

I've just built a floating BBQ area with a Weber Q (minus the side-tables), what would you say are necessities for outdoor cooking please? e.g, sink, drawers etc...

a sink would be ideal but do you have water and drainage nearby? probably a Belfast would do the trick for outdoors
