People are already keeping or buying EU goods in anticipation that they may be customs charges in the near future.

Who knows but there may be a horrible extra charge on everything

I panic bought a '60s Minox projector, two Idles T-shirts and some Fisher Space Pen refills. Not taking any chances.

I'm thinking of panic buying a white Seamaster. Could be a valuable commodity come the apocalypse when cash is worthless.

I know it’s heresy, but I like chopping up Signio refills to use in the space pen.

...Anyhoo, apologies OP: I panic-bought Pears soap instead of the normal sort. Hasn’t been an entirely regrettable decision.

Coincidentally I’ve just finished watching a you tube video on one - it looks quite stunning.

I've got 2 Fisher Space Pen refills but no pen, I might have to panic buy a pen to go with them...

Bought a 5 pack of socks and an 18 pack of beer. Seemed reasonable at the time.
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

    Excellent idea.
    Drink the wine to hydrate.
Use the empty bottles to hit zombies on the head with or,at a pinch and whilst petrol is still on hand, fashion them into Molotov cocktails.

I panic bought a Fifty Fathoms yesterday while drinking.

I'm not sure what this means?

The local Tesco's was totally devoid of any toilet roll when I was buying some chillies last night. Luckily we have a load at home. I can't think what foodstuffs people are going to eat when we're all isolated that means they'll need that much toilet roll. We're quite isolated in the countryside and have the Fray Bentos emergency pie stash for when it snows that we can use up. I did stock up on wine at the weekend as well with a quick trip to the local majestic. Just need some more beer and we're ready to hunker down!

I'd lay off the chillies then.

I'm starting to get seriously worried about the availability of toilet paper now. I'm down to my last 96 rolls.
