Looking at breitling avengers and trying to understand all the different options. I understand that the super avenger is larger than the avenger, but not sure about the differences between the avenger and avenger II?
And then there's seawolf, cobra, night mission etc... Anyone shed any light?

For all the information on Breitling you could ever want, take a look at www.breitlingsource.com. It’s brilliant.
I own two Breitling Avengers, one is a black dial Avenger Skyland chronograph. This is a 45mm diameter watch, but the Avenger II Chrono that superseded it dropped to 43mm...
I also own an Avenger II Seawolf with the cobra yellow dial..
You will notice that both my Avengers have Arabic numerals as opposed to batons. They a’re available with either but I much prefer the slightly ‘military’ look of the stencilled numerals.
Night Mission refers to ‘blacked out’ versions of various Breitling models - not just Avengers.
I’ am a big fan of Avengers and Navitimers - to me they are the two Breitling ranges that feature their most iconic design languages.

Friend of mine has just picked up a new Avenger GMT black dial with batons.
Looks really nice, got me thinking now that I should have a GMT in my collection
Did Breitling ever introduce a Professional III bracelet (or any other slanted bracelet) with brushed outer links and polished centre links? I thought they did but cant seem to find any info...
Looking at the Breitling website for Avenger II Seawolfs (Cobra dials), it seems there may be two case colours, one an anthracite-ish colour and the other a bright/polished colour.
I thought the cases only came in one colour however the pictures lifted off the website show different.
is this the case? (pun intended lol)

It’s very tough to beat the incredible Avenger Bandit.
“With its 45 mm, its ultra-sturdy and light satin-brushed titanium case, its gray dial with aviation-inspired stencil-type numerals and its high-performance movement, the Avenger Bandit embodies the world of daring feats and extreme missions. An authentic instrument for professionals, this gem of power and technicality (water-resistant to 300 m/1,000 ft) is fitted with an exclusive strap combining rubber with high-tech Military textile fiber to ensure maximum sturdiness and comfort. The entire spirit of naval aviation on the wrist.”
There appears to be so many.............
I have a Titanium Chrono Avenger - big watch, but not overly-heavy
I did own a Seawolf (titanium) for a while. Super watch. Not too big as mentioned because of the curve down lugs. Here it is in it's element:

I own two Chrono Avenger M1s a blue and a yellow one. There isn’t anything about them I don’t like; for me the design of the Avenger series are what I immediately think of when Breitlling springs to mind. I don’t think you can go far wrong with any of the models to be honest.
The superquartz is very accurate and only needs a change every 4 years or so.

Heres mine with Volcano Black dial, one of the only watches i can read without putting my glasses on lol
Putting each strap on gives me the feeling of anew watch.

I had a super avenger quite a few years back it was horrendous, way to big to wear daily and very heavy. Obviously that’s in my opinion as I have left slimmer wrists, probably one of the most stupid ideas I had was to buy one I should of known better haha
It Varys usually one of the rubbers in summer and the leather or bracelet in winter.
