CASHU Turkey Top Up or Credits

I am looking to purchase on a Turkish website and the only payment option that I can use is CASHU.

Does anyone know where I can get CASHU top-up or credits?
I cannot purchase any as I am not in Turkey.

Any guidance or steer would be great.
