Not lost or stolen, but beware 'Rolex mil sub" bearing number 5339809

I am aware of what may be a genuine Rolex Submariner apparently bearing case number 5339809.

The watch has been presented as a military issue Submariner with sword hands, full 60' bezel and 5517 under one lug.

Elements of this watch would appear NOT to be original / correct.

Anyone considering it should engage the help of people familiar with these watches or enquire on an open forum. Rolex Authorised Distributors or mainstream secondhand dealers are not familiar enough with the details to be of use.
