    SOTC - 3 new watches for 2020

2020 has seen a change around of a number of watches, the current SOTC is as follows:

Issued aircrew Pulsar, gets worn a lot more now.

Heuer Bundeswehr, a watch that I’ve been after for a very long time indeed, absolutely love it and happy that for the most part it flies under the radar.

2005 16710T, I’ve always loved GMT’s and since I stupidly sold my amazing 16750 a fair while ago I’ve been on the hunt for a late, non lug holes full b&p. This came off the forum and was running badly with a noisy rotor and chipped crystal, it’s currently away being serviced and I will stick up new thread up detailing the repairs.

2015 116600 SD4K, I’ve had 3 of these over the year and always gone back to 16600’s. Now the DSSD has gone and I have the 16710 for my 5 digit fix I decided to get one again, today was my first day wearing it and I absolutely love it, classic 40mm Sea Dweller looks, maxi plots, matte dial and ceramic bezel with an incredible bracelet, what’s not to love!!

Love the SD4K perfect watch. So balanced.

Bit odd that you have to go back to a 5 digit GMT to see a painted GMT hand which passed QC. Nearly all 6 digit GMT hands are a mess up close. Standards have clearly gone down over time.

Very nice. Every time I see a good picture of a GMT it makes me want to trade up my 16660 for one. Do I need a GMT function? Not really. But I sure like a bit of colour and fun in my collection.

Trying (and failing) to suppress my Heuer Bundeswehr envy...
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Great collection. Lots of bases covered there.
It’s making me want an SD4K even more now...

More Heuer Bundeswehr envy here. I’ve ordered the Sinn reissue which will have to do me for now.

Love the Heuer Bundeswehr, the star of that show for me.
    Best Regards - Peter

I'd hate to be with you when you're on your own.

What’s the diameter of this Pulsar please?

That makes three (actually, four) of us regretting letting that 16750 go! Nice acquisitions though

Number three here (although, I think I was number one, actually, in terms of the chronology of letting it go).

Nice collection Mike. I was supposed to be having a quiet year too, but I’m not far behind you in terms of ins and outs so far.

Thanks. I didn’t have the ref number so didn’t know what to search for without getting results for several models.

    No. You're not helping :)

It would mean selling a few and I'm not sure which. I will console myself by wearing my Pelagos - the poor man's SD4K !!!
