Watches of Switzerland woes

I noticed on the enclosed image that Watches of Switzerland had branches in Swansea and Newport (in addition to Cardiff)
I curious to know when these 2 outlets opened and closed
So I sent and email off to Customer sevice

First reply: "our only showroom is Cardiff"
Emailed again
Second reply : "ive asked a colleague we never had a showroom in Newport or Swansea"

Before the emailing them again I enclosed the photo showing the old branch lists

Third reply : "I can confirm we no longer have showroom in Swansea or Newport."

Decided to ring, spoke to person A, who put me through to person B, then received a menu choice...

So I thought I'd try on here. Anyone know the history of the Newport and Swansea sites?
