    I have an EBay saved search for the original Crystron - the very first Eco Drive. One day I’ll give in to the urge. This is a nice watch but it only serves to make me want an original more.
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

    I had one of the originals in the 80s. I really liked the idea of a "forever watch"....

    .... the battery needed changing after a year.

    But the fantasy was great and with the panels on the dial it was a really cool watch at the time.
