There were a few variants, Google the code and go to images.

I’m trying to recall some of my boyhood watches and drawing a blank on a particularly brash citizen model. It looked a bit like the pro master:
(same style gold bezel and strap) and had lots of spurious dive info printed in white on the lower band (maybe ATM/M conversions). Would have been about £30 from Argos, probably mid eighties????
Thanks for any assistance!

No, you are right, I thought that that code would get the other similar models in the range up on a Google search, having looked myself it’s not that simple, there are definitely several models very similar, there was a guy on here that collected the range but can’t think of who it was offhand.

Thanks so far. Yep, the image above is just the closest I can find on google so far. The bezel and strap look about right. Dial config isn’t right (“I’ll know it when I see it”), and I do reckon it had 5 or six rows of white printed dive info (or some such) on the lower band.
🤞
The strap with deco times was quite common for dive watches of the era.

I have one of those just awaiting a new strap had the battery replaced and its working like a trooper I really love the retro look of it Mine came with the actual manual as well.
Two different but similar models in these ads from the eighties.
Or you could try looking through the old Argos catalogues...

I still have one of those watches in the top picture
It was the watch I wore through school
It originally had a rubber strap with a Knot / MPH conversion scale on it if I remember correctly.
