I am confused. What is a chronograph without the chronograph parts? Believe it or not, in the original, the bezel was supposed to act as the minute totaliser for the chrono... so, if they are removing the chrono parts, why not remove the bezel too.

Nice watches but they would have looked better as chronostops.

Why is Seiko so scared of producing anything less than 41mm? The original was 38mm, why make this 41.5mm?

I was quite liking it, but it will wear like a plate.

    I
100% agree. It’s a LE so there’s not going be tens of thousands knocking around. 2,000 pieces of each variation in the original 38mm would surely have sold out to enthusiasts?

€830 on a few euro websites. Think it will wear smaller than the size. Really interested to see the black in real life.

I'm in Osaka for the week, they had one at Yodobashi in Umeda, it's quite nice looking in the flesh

All three look great, if only they were 40mm or below...that would be the icing on the cake.

    Surety these manufacturers know this!

Just ordered the green from Seiya. Surprisingly inexpensive- I reckon less than £700 after UK VAT

Any one know if there are any wrist shots of the watch circulating yet?

Really undecided now if to go for the black or silver dialled model. Maybe the answer is to get both!
