    Making the best of a winter storm. Kite surfing during Ciara

    This video was posted on Dutch sites last night. It was shot on sea, in front of Scheveningen / The Hague, near the harbour last Sunday during storm Ciara.

    It amazing and sure he’s very skilled but a big risk and if he got in trouble then someone has to go rescue him. Also encourages less skilled people to try it.
