    Swan & Edgar

Just avoiding anything political regarding our EU exit tonight and have stumbled across Ideal World sales channel, how did I ever miss Swan & Edgar watches, amazing luxury British design time pieces, year's flipping Rolex, Omega and Longines when I could have focused on absolute utter tripe!

At least they've used the name of a long defunct department store to sell their tat. Because it somehow seems worse when they dig up the name of a long-dead clock/watchmaker, particularly one of repute, and put it on the dial of some cheap Chinese garbage.

I saw that tonight as well - the old, camp drunk guy that tries to use long words but ends up saying "extraordinary" many times over is quite a hoot.

He has stopped wearing his own rolex (day date I think)

He was the one that said one had a Bombay sapphire glass.

His best tonight wa the "watch fascia"

Confess I almost fell off the sofa when he came out with that.

Swan & Edgar's department store became the Tower Records' Piccadilly Circus branch, I worked there in the 90s, happy days!
