What, no "omg my eyes" or "pass the mind bleach"?

    Not even a simple "hideous"?

    I miss Henk.

I like those, nice to see something a bit different than the norm. Get some wrist shots posted up👍

I would love to see the rest of your outfit when wearing one of these. I could never pull this off :-)

Definitely not for me, but I salute your commitment to skull-themed strap addenda.

(As it happens, I think the black dial version is rather striking - I just know that I haven't got the trouser furniture to wear it in public...)

I would have worn it tonight but I'm off to meet new people so I've stayed respectable.

There is literally no individual part of those I like, but as a whole, they're a bit of a guilty pleasure 🙂

I can go with that... I don't think there's one single design feature I'd choose

Strong bit of twining knitwear complimenting the Black Bay there also.

    Oh yeah, I like those.

I only saw one version on Steinhart's website. Is one of them an older LE?

Right, it has to be said - they aren’t nice in my opinion. I couldn’t and wouldn’t wear them.

That said, you love them and I’m more than ok with that. Enjoy.

The one on the right is designated Special Edition No 1 by Steinhart, it came out in June 2018 with a run of only 111. The one on the left is No 2, came out just last week with a run of just 44.

Some will say "of course it's only 44, what mugs would buy those?", but it's something genuinely rare from a manufacturer known for a decent product at a decent price.

I'm not sure how many people have got their names on both editions but it's not going to be more than 44, and I'm chuffed to bits to have mine!

Ah, thanks. I missed the 2018 run. Steinhart seem to have a thing for LEs with a run of 111.

I think they are striking watches. Congratulations on getting both. :-)

I like both - the new one with the lumed skull is really interesting. I would wear both of them.

    Are they on Steveo straps?

The strap on the one on the right was made by Meva for Steinhart, that's all I know for sure. They didn't specify the strapmaker for the PVD'd watch so I can't say for sure who made it.
