Where am I & where have I been........................

Following on from Foggy’s Pic challenge.

Where am I, where did I have breakfast and where did I buy myself a nice chunky shawl collar cardigan

Breakfast was a 20 minute walk south of where I am and the cardy was bought about 5 minutes north from where I am

Just for fun of course and it may help if you are a Londoner.

    St. James’s?

Cardigan from William Evans? (My tweed supplier, I’ll have you know).

    Breakfast....no idea!

Ps. Good to see a Gentleman wearing a pocket square.

I’d say you are where Pall Mall meets Marlborough Road.

Also, it’s Saturday at 10:02 and the camera is an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

PS: I only looked at the exif data to confirm my initial answer. I was at Clarence House not long ago so I recognised the location!

Precisely that - the roof of Queen's Chapel is behind.

    Where's his umbrella?

Since I've been beaten to William Evans (and besides, it's only a two minute walk from where that photo was taken) can I suggest the cardigan was bought in the Beretta emporium?

Breakfast. I'm a bit confused - shouldn't you have had it at Duke's Hotel? Or did you overnight at a brothel somewhere around Victoria?
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

Left my full stick in the car as no rain forecast for the day.

Last time I was in town breakfast was courtesy of The Wolseley but wanted to try somewhere the polar opposite this time, following in the shoes of Daniel Craig and George Harris.

A bit further up the road for my winter cardy, I slowly raised my hand to open the door as Derek was playing dominos.

Just by the entrance to St. James’s Palace then - I spent 15 mins queuing there recently. Thought I recognised it!

If you got from there to Cordings in 5 minutes you're a better man than I am Gunga Din.

    The correct answers are in

The Regency Cafe for breakfast. As Layer Cake is one of my favourite films I’ve been meaning to go for ages

and I can’t visit London without buying something from Cordings

Can't believe no one's yet asked what watch you were wearing...

"Me, in the Regency Cafe, at Breakfast, with my reputation?"

So clever my foot fell off.
