And there's news about a sixth and final series. More info here, including a list of BB characters in BCS5

Can't wait, love it!
Quick heads up!
I rewatched the previous season last week and now I'm ready to go: over here on Netflix starting today.
I've seen the episode. Indeed, worth rewatching series 4 first. It picks up exactly where the series 4 ended.
Without spoiling anything: a not-so-clear dialogue (and perhaps an insignificant one) in Breaking Bad is rejuvinated in Better Call Saul.

Just finished the previous series
I think 5 starts Tuesday.
I cant wait.
In the meantime, I have been watching Narcos, Mexico.
Can't wait. I was pondering the significance of the cinnabon guy in opening sequences, so I googled it!
Enjoyed that. I was rather puzzled that there was no 'Gene' sequence at the beginning of the episode, until I noticed I was watching S1 E05. D'Oh!
Is it really any good? I used to love Breaking Bad, but I´m kind of pessimist about these spin offs.
Yes it is. It's on the same level. It works best when you 'binge watch' the previous seasons. Like BB, some episodes are rather slow, but later on, you'll get the point that in those 'slow' episodes a lot is set off to become an 'avalanche' in later episodes. E.g., in season one, a certain Tuco Salamanca has a short appearance. We haven't seen him since, but I'm pretty sure that he will turn up again in this season now his uncle Hector's health is similar to what we've seen in BB.
Like the BB episodes, it's important to observe the transformation of a man from being mail room employee into 'Saul'. Again, like in BB, the main character's clothing choice and colours play an important role in that!

Great first episode
I've just finished watching episode 2 AND 3. Both came out today. Especially episode 3 will is a special one in the Breaking Bad timeline!
Came to post that about episode 3. Once again, the best thing on television imho. I know a few people who gave up after the first couple of seasons, yet for the life of me I can’t figure out why. I rate BCS above BB, and it’s not close.
I'm enjoying it immensely, though it does feel a bit like a show of two halves; BB back story and Jimmy/Saul.
Heres a Podcast that follows each episode and give a background to the creation of the episode.

I’ve only just started on this. The advantage of ignoring all seasons now mean I’m completely hooked and plan to watch back to back until my eyes are bleeding.
Excellent show. Very pleased I found it.
