    Jaeger Atmos Clock

Was watching one of the myriad Antiques programmes yesterday, and someone brought in a Jaeger LeCoultre 'Atmos' clock from the 70s. Apparently this never needs winding as it works on changing atmospheric pressure. This sounds wonderfully odd - does anyone know more specifically how this works? And is such a mechanism suitable for watches??

There's some info on the mechanism on t'internet. It ain't going to work in a watch.

Thanks. The first clock shown in that thread was exactly the same as shown on TV yesterday. Went for something like £700 in working order.
